
Currently, shoes are only accepted by local drop off. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR SHOES TO ME OR EXPECT THEM SHIPPED BACK.
Shoes can be dropped off and picked up at the following locations and times:

- First Ascent and Chicago Resole are not responsible for shoes that are damaged or stolen from the dropbox. For the most secure service, please drop off and pick up shoes directly at the Chicago Resole Workshop. ↩︎
How Does It Work?

- Fill out an order form. Forms are located at the dropbox.
2. Place your shoes and the order form into an empty mesh bag and put the bag into the Drop Off bin.
If there are no empty mesh bags, I am at capacity. Please do not leave your shoes.


3. Your shoes will be picked up and added to the repair queue.
4. You will receive an invoice by email once the soles are removed from your shoes. Once the invoice is paid, expect a 2 week wait for repairs to be complete.
5. You will receive an email letting you know when your shoes are ready to be picked up from the gym. You will have a 1 week window to pick up your shoes. If you miss this window, they will be returned to the Chicago Resole Workshop located at 4223 W Lake st Unit 304 for pick up during our regular hours. If you would like to delay your pickup window, please email me at art@chicagoresole.com. Shoes that are not picked up within 3 months will be re-homed.
